The LPBC factory makes the interlining products for some of the world’s finest luxury and couture brands. With this standard of quality, we can support any requests large or small. LPBC has a high-performing R&D department with cutting-edge technologies where we work directly with our brand partners for custom solutions.

RAW MATERIALS

We look at every facet of the raw materials we use with a focus on sustainability. More than just using recycled yarn, LPBC is also using bio-based materials in yarn.

We are constantly looking for the best sustainable yarns and coatings. For instance, we’ve created undercoatings for our products using recycled polyvinyl butyral (PVB), which is commonly used as a safety layer inside auto and building glass. When sent to landfills instead of recycling, PVB takes nearly a million years to degrade.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we are always looking for new European suppliers to respond to the new demand. We can source local organic cotton, recycled cotton, and natural materials like linen and hemp. In addition, we have viscose from sustainable forests.
